Ocean 101 Beach Resort General Luna , General Luna (Surigao del Norte)

This resort has a stunning location right by the water and is near popular surf spots. The gardens are lovely and add to the serene atmosphere. However, there are some areas in need of improvement, like room upgrades for better lighting and mattress comfort. Additionally, the service could be more attentive, especially in the restaurant.

I stayed here for 8 days and enjoyed the great location just a short walk from Cloud 9, making it perfect for surfers. The property is beautiful with stunning views, but the rooms lacked hot water during my stay, which was a letdown. Although the restaurant offered decent food at reasonable prices, the Wi-Fi was spotty. Overall, the comfortable air-conditioned rooms and scenic views made for a pleasant visit, despite some inconveniences.

I had a wonderful time at this resort, tucked away on the quieter side of Siargao. The rooms offered stunning ocean views and were pleasantly spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a great experience overall. However, the food at the restaurant did leave something to be desired, particularly when it came to Western dishes, which were not well-prepared.
